These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92fun ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://92fun.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or using any part of the 92fun Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of 92fun including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any persons who interact with the platform in any capacity.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register for and use a 92fun account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Access by persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be a person under legal guardianship or subject to a court order restricting your ability to enter contracts.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 92fun or any other gambling operator, regulatory body, or self-exclusion scheme.
5. Account Limit: You may hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
6. Truthful Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You must notify 92fun promptly of any changes to your registered details.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at the Platform's discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement or similar)
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance procedures
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Platform's compliance team

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 92fun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 92fun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that when using the Platform you will at all times:

• Use the Services only for lawful personal entertainment purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Act in good faith and not attempt to defraud, manipulate or exploit the Platform or other users
• Refrain from using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform without express written consent
• Refrain from using a VPN, proxy or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible on every wager

The Platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Services.

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. A user may not create multiple accounts in order to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
3. Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

7. Abuse: The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any Bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or in breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the Platform's in-play betting rules. The Platform reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant outcome has been determined.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event or individual bet at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets. Users will be notified of any such voids and stakes will be returned.
• Decisions regarding the settlement of markets are final once confirmed. Disputes regarding market settlement must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the result being posted.
• Match fixing, spot fixing and any form of sports integrity manipulation are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have benefited from or participated in such activity will be permanently closed and all relevant information passed to applicable authorities.

Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament fixtures, are subject to cricket-specific trading rules regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method calculations, abandonment and match postponement. 92fun is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and controls that users may access at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Use of software, algorithms or automated tools (bots) to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users
• Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of casino games or obtain unfair bonus value
• Money laundering or using the Platform to move funds derived from criminal activity
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates sports integrity violations, including match fixing or spot fixing
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs or glitches in a manner that constitutes unfair advantage
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at customer support staff or other users
• Unauthorised scraping, crawling or collection of data from the Platform

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property made available through the Platform ("Platform Content") is owned by or licensed to 92fun and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to the Platform Content beyond the limited licence to use the Services for personal entertainment purposes described in these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 92fun. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92fun and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 92fun's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon request, any remaining genuine balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already done.

Termination by 92fun: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 11
• Created a duplicate account
• Are located in or a resident of a Prohibited Territory
• Pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 92fun reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance held in that account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92fun is licensed and incorporated, as applicable. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that the legal framework governing online gambling in Pakistan is complex and subject to change. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice and users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction before using the Services.

92fun reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users by email to the address registered on their account, or by displaying a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and contact customer support to close your account.
